Most common technical problems
- Unable to connect to https://monitoringtrhu.ctu.cz
- SSL protocols (versions 2.0 and 3.0) are not allowed for security reasons
1.Unable to connect to https://monitoringtrhu.ctu.cz
Unable to connect to ESD system website https://monitoringtrhu.ctu.cz, but all the other webpages display correctly.
The TLS cryptographic protocol is used for ESD operation. It is possible that it is not allowed in your web browser.

For Internet Explorer, TLS protocols can be set in the control panel, under "Internet Options" on the "Advanced" tab. TLS protocols are allowed by default in Firefox, the settings for Firefox are more complicated.
2.SSL protocols (versions 2.0 and 3.0) are not allowed for security reasons
For security reasons, SSL protocols (versions 2.0 and 3.0) are no longer allowed for the ESD system.
Most browsers in the latest versions (no older than one year) are compatible with TLS version 1.0 and higher. Mozilla, Firefox from the version 27, Google Chrome from the version 30, Opera from the version 10, Microsoft Internet Explorer from the version 8. Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 already has newer versions of TLS protocol allowed. Of course, TLS protocol must be supported at the operating system level.
