Overview of MVNOs

The Association of Mobile Networks Operators (APMS) regularly publishes on its website an updated overview of mobile virtual network operators. This list shows the providers of services that have duly reached agreement with operators on the provision of services on their networks and that are therefore able to fulfil their obligations to customers. If a provider does not have such a contract, it is a “grey operator” and this is deemed unauthorised reselling without the consent of the operator.
